Water Water Everywhere Day Camp
...at Tall Pines Campground
Come have fun in the beautiful camp setting of Tall Pines Campground
(independently owned)
in Sanford, Virginia. Water Water Everywhere Day Camp, held from July
21–25, will be a great way for you to learn all about one of our
earth’s most precious resources while finding fun and healthy ways to
enjoy it.
Camp runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The
cost is $85 per week per child, and includes snacks every day as well as
a t-shirt, crafts, and patches.
Grade 1
Follow the Flow H20
Ever wonder why we cannot drink all the water we see? With games, songs,
and crafts we will learn how to keep our Earth’s greatest limited
resource around for years to come.
Grades 2–3
Water Everywhere
Find out all about water without getting too wet! Learn how you can help
our earth’s water stay healthy for the fish and other living creatures
in it.
Grades 4–5
Please choose only one program.
Small Boating Crafts
Glide across the water using your new canoeing and kayaking skills! This
program will cover the history, the lingo, and the skills for you to
gain a greater understanding of kayaking & canoeing.
Water Fun
Explore the wet and wonderful world of water. Learn how to keep yourself
safe while near and in the water and learn about the things living in
it!
Grades 6–8

Paddle Pole and Roll
Explore your more adventurous side by enhancing your canoeing and
kayaking skills! Spend the morning with new-found friends playing games,
exploring the lake and much more.
