Successful professionals work with teen girls to focus on four goals: “Become, Belong, Believe and Build.”  Camp Exec provides girls with the opportunity to participate in individual and group actions that encourage them to “make a difference.” During this day, teens and women will participate in activities that includes team building, budgeting - both time and resources, and goal setting.  Example is the very visual, “Pipeline”, groups form a line to ensure the where the teams have to assemble within a time limit.

Girl Scouting builds girls of confidence, courage, and character, who make the world a better place. We do that by providing girls with personal leadership development and programs that build real life skills for the real world.
